We can help you! Our Medical and Myofascial Release Certified Therapists can find the root cause of your problems and help teach you and your body how to avoid aggravating them. With a combination of massage, ‘homework’ in the form of stretches, and if necessary a referral to a specialist, you can be assured that you are doing everything to make your next workout better, stronger, and easier.

Timing & Considerations
In order to optimize your healing experience please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment to facilitate paperwork, and to allow time for your therapist to discuss your treatment with you.

Payment
MasterCard/Visa, Paypal/ Venmo, and cash. No Cashier’s checks.
Currently, we do not accept personal checks for the first three sessions.
A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Cancellations
As a courtesy, please call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
A 50% service fee will be charged for any cancellations without adequate notice or failing to show for an appointment.
At this time, we do not accept walk ins: please call 704-806-8380 to schedule your appointment or book online 48 hours out . You are welcome to email us with any questions, but please be aware that we may not see your email until the next day. If you would like to schedule an appointment, it is much better to text us or use the above link. Our booking system provides automatic confirmations and reminders.
